Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account / card / wallet used for placing the order.
Return Policy
Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell isn’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
2. Tags should be intact.
3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered.
5. Product(s) box and original packaging is present.
6. Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category.
Refund in case of Return of product(s):
* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Return Fee
Any COD Fee 150/- for orders under 1000/or Shipping Charges paid for the order(s) are non-refundable.
We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us.
Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-15 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we have received customer’s parcel back in our facility and product(s) pass(es) the quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, refund will be initiated within 15 days.
There are 2 options to receive refunds:
· Refund to Account - Refund requested in the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / website wallet used for placing the order.
· Refund in the form of Credit Coupon - We would be happy to exchange or return your product and provide you with a credit coupon (non discounted items only). The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop. No Reverse Shipping Fee will be deducted in this case.
Exchange Policy

We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and Exchange fee will be cancelled.

If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to customer’s Sringam website wallet or credit Coupon will be shared with customer, only after receiving the original product(s) back to our warehouse. This amount will be auto-deducted or redeemable from payable amount of any future order on our website within 120 days.
Size Exchange
We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For a little alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as all garments have size margin of +/- 0.5 inch
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
Sale items (if applicable)
All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Excluded Categories
For product(s) in Jewellery or Mask or accessory category, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available.
International Orders
For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department.
Where do I send my return?
Make sure that the below given address is clearly printed or written on your returns parcel with the Sringam order number in case both the cases of self – shipping or pick up option. Make sure to include the original invoice as proof for the purchase made along with the return item:
